I am loving the silky black of the new Save the Duck coats, and this one appeared to have the same high-quality construction, warmth and soft material as the one I've been wearing happily for 5 years. But the styling of this coat is a bit odd. It's more bell-shaped than in the photos, and I felt a little clownish in it, honestly. That high collar is also very hard to wear with a scarf, but not warm enough without one. I returned this coat.
I was very disappointed when the jacket I ordered was too big as I used the size chart on the site. I returned the item in the hope of exchanging it for a smaller size, but was told I would have to pay another $15 to exchange it. The process took so long that the size jacket I should have received was sold out. The process took several weeks!
