Unfortunately orders are processed automatically and cannot be canceled. Please wait for your order to be delivered and return the item once received.

Orders placed today are processed the next business day. We offer a free shipping service that will ensure you get your order within 3-8 business days. We also offer an express shipping service that you may select at checkout when available.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Order by Friday, December 15th to get it in time for the holidays with free ground shipping.

We ship only within the US.

We stand behind our products and hope you will love them as much as we do. However, if you are not satisfied, you have 14 days from the time your order was fulfilled/shipped out to return or exchange it.

Shipping costs for the return of the product to the sender are charged
to the customer and amount to $15, this cost will be deducted directly from the
refund.

Please shop (and return) responsibly!

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with its original tags and travel bags.

If the items returned have man-made damages (soiled, make-up, perfume, non-manufacturer defect damages, etc.) we will send back the item to you and no refunds will be processed.

We would like to inform you that items from different orders cannot be combined into a single shipment. This is to avoid complications during the return process closure.

Please note that returns may take up to 2 weeks to be processed starting on the day the return was delivered to our warehouse.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, which may take up to 7 business days depending on your financial institution.

Save The Duck products are expected to be free of materials and workmanship defects and are protected under a one year warranty from the date of purchase.

In case a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will at our discretion replace the product or provide an online store credit for the current price of the product (which may differ from the amount paid by the customer).

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, rips, tears, damages caused by accidents, misuse, natural breakdown of fabric over time and negligence.

Process:

• Fill out the warranty form by clicking here.
• After evaluating the information provided, we will issue a code to redeem online for the current price of the product at our discretion.
• The product does not need to be returned back to us. Instead, we encourage you to donate the product provided that the item is in good condition to a charity of your choice.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to review your claim.

We currently don't offer a gift wrapping service.

We use Certilogo to check garment authentication. Authentication can be done by scanning the QR code found inside each Save The Duck garment (only on outerwear and athleisure items).
